To register for the event, first pay the participation fee and then complete the participation form in the event app. After that, you can choose your program in the event app.
Participation fees
- Participation fee for 3 days: €200 (Early Bird price until March 31)
- The ticket includes the program, 3× packed lunches and 3× afternoon coffee. You will also have access to the event app.
- Participation fee for 1 day: €150 (Early Bird price until March 31)
- The ticket includes the program for your chosen day, 1× packed lunch and 1× afternoon coffee. You will also have access to the event app.
- Student ticket for 3 days: €150
- Instructions: Select the student ticket in the ticket shop and show your student card upon arrival at the event. The ticket includes the program, 3× packed lunches and 3× afternoon coffee. You will also have access to the event app.
Program creators receive a 25% discount on the participation fee.

Registration for the event is binding. The participation fee can only be refunded in case of illness with a medical certificate.
Accommodation, food, and transport:
On-site school and tent accommodation is available, and Tampere offers plenty of hotel options within a short walking distance or a quick tram ride. More information about school and tent accommodation as well as hostel and hotel options. Please book early!
The program includes park picnics and snack coffee breaks; other meals are self-catered. Camping stoves can be used at the event site, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
The event venue is about a 15-minute walk from Tampere railway station. Tampere has excellent public transport connections from various parts of Finland. More details on transport connections coming soon!
How to Register for the ULOS-UT-OUT Event
1. Choose your payment method:
- Invoice: Open the registration form, select your ticket type, and fill in your invoicing details. We will send you an invoice for the participation fee. You can choose whether you want the invoice dated for 2025 or 2026.
- If you want to include multiple participants on the same invoice, please fill in the group registration form.
- Card and online payments: Go to the ULOS-UT-OUT ticket shop (this payment option will be available later) and select your ticket type. Most online banking services and payment cards are accepted. Registration is personal, and tickets can only be purchased one at a time.
2. Once you have paid for your ticket, you can register as a participant for the event. If you chose invoice as your payment method, we will send instructions for registration to your email in January. If you pay through the ticket shop, the system will guide you through the registration process. In both cases, you will also receive the registration link by email.

4. Explore the program and make your selections
Reserve your spot in the event app by clicking “register” for each program item. If a program item has a star, it does not require registration, but you can add it to your schedule by clicking the star. Workshops are filled in the order of registration. If a workshop you want is already full, you can sign up for the waiting list.
5. Book your accommodation!
Tent and school accommodation can be booked through the event app. There are also plenty of hotels and other accommodation options nearby.
