Registration will be open in late 2025. Participants will register through a registration link, which first directs you to pay the participation fee and then to complete the registration form. After this, you will be able to choose your own programme.
Attendance fees (estimates, confirms in october)

Registration to the event is binding. The attendance fee can only be refunded in case of illness, with a medical certificate.
Accommodation, food, and transport:
At the event venue, school and tent accommodation will be available. In addition, hotels in Tampere are easily accessible within a short walking or tram distance. Further information on school and tent accommodation will be added here later.
The programme includes park lunches and snack-time coffee; other meals are self-catered. Camping stoves can be used at the event venue, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
The event venue is located about a 15-minute walk from Tampere railway station. Tampere has good public transport connections from different parts of Finland. More info on transportation!
How to Register for the ULOS-UT-OUT Event
- Go to the ticket shop (link will open later) and select your ticket type. Most online banks and payment cards are accepted as payment methods. Registration is personal, and only one ticket can be purchased at a time.
NOTE! Do you need an invoice as a payment method? We will add instructions for this here later. - Once you have paid for the ticket, register as a participant for the event. The ticket shop will guide you forward, and you will also receive the registration link by email.
- Fill in the registration form.
You will be able to correct your information later. - Explore the programme and make your selections. Places are reserved through the event application by clicking ‘Register’ for each session. If a session is marked with a star, it does not require registration, but you can add it to your personal programme by clicking the star. Workshops are filled in the order of registration. If the workshop you want is already full, you can sign up for the waiting list.
- Remember to book your accommodation as well! Tent and school accommodation can be reserved through the event application. There is also a wide range of hotels and other accommodation available nearby.
