ULOS-UT-OUT- Exhibition

At the exhibition, representatives of organizations and companies present their activities and theme-related products and services in the venue lobby. Exhibitors have tables on site as well as a virtual booth in the interactive event app.

Exhibition tables

The exhibition tables are in the lobby of Sammon School, where the event info desk and the entrance to the lecture hall are located. The exhibition will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 9:30 to 13:30 (preliminary schedule), and exhibitors are advised to be present at that time. The tables will also be available at other times during the event (schedule to be confirmed later), and you can, for example, leave materials on your table for visitors to explore.

Virtual exhibition tables

The virtual exhibition will be open in the event app throughout the whole event, and participants can also visit the stands before and after the event. You can present campaign offers, products, digital materials, online shop links, surveys, and prize draws. The virtual stands will be built well before the event starts, and participants can explore them in advance.

- Instructions: Log in to the event app, go to the exhibition area (at the bottom of the Lobby page), select your exhibition stand from the list, and click “Edit.” If you cannot edit your stand or cannot access the event app, please contact the organizers.
